I think that when the forecast for your wedding day weather is 85% chance of rain that you can pretty much count on wading through some inclement weather but in the big bag of miracles that makes life so wonderful, it was the most beautiful and perfect day that anyone could imagine. There weren't even that many knats to contend with which is unheard of for this time of year. In other words, Caryn, Matt, family, and friends were smiled on from above. I have to give Steve full credit for this since he told me that he had done marathon praying to work out this deal so many thanks to Caryn's wonderful father.
Beth and Steve's baby girl was radiant, Matt was relaxed and charming and the Jekyll Island Club was as beautiful as ever under the watchful eye of Attila (he misses nothing and is as charming as they come.
Straton Hall Events worked their magic on flowers, Spike at the Beach kept the party going, and I was, as always so very very thankful that Patty Henning was there to help me capture the day. Cates Payne Mock with the Jekyll Island Club ran the show and I have to brag on how wonderful she is because I am miserably critical of wedding coordinators. She has just become so wonderful at making sure that everyone can do their best.
